How long do I wear my black boards?

Black boards are worn for a full 6 weeks. You will use two boards: one on the stomach and one at the tailbone.

What are foams used for?

Foams provide additional compression and are worn as needed based on your body's response during recovery.

How long do I wear my pads?

Large pads (2 in front, 1 on back) are worn for as long as you are draining. Arm pads are also included as part of your compression garment routine.

When can I use my BBL pillow?

BBL pillows should not be used until at least 2 weeks post-surgery.
