HOW IT WORKS
A stage-based recovery process
Every stage has a purpose. Every session builds on the last.
EARLY STAGE ∙ DAYS 1-14
Drainage Phase
Begins immediately after surgery. Focused on reducing fluid buildup, supporting drainage, and helping your body stabilize during the most sensitive part of recovery.
Mid stage · Weeks 3–6
Lymphatic & Molding Phase
Care shifts to reducing swelling, softening tissue, and beginning to shape the body. Consistency at this stage drives smooth, balanced results.
Advanced stage · Month 1+
Contour Support
Advanced techniques based on your progress. This stage supports refinement, overall contour improvement, and long-term results.
Keep in mind: Every body heals differently. While many patients remain in the early stage for about two weeks, your progression is determined by how your body responds — not by a fixed timeline. Your provider adjusts your care at every visit.
